Saints League

Our Mission Statement is:

'To educate each and every unique child in our care, to hear and respond to what God calls them to be'

What makes a super Saint?

  •  Get great assessment results
  •  Behave in lessons
  •  Behave around school
  •  Wear the correct uniform
  •  Attend and be on time to school

We are aiming for all pupils to become Gold Saints, but what does that mean?

Gold (Good: 4 points)

Excellence

  • I consistently demonstrate independence and resilience, persevering to complete tasks (Learned and wise)
  • I get fully involved in all opportunities in school and I am able to hear God’s call to be the best I can be (faith filled and hopeful)
  • I regularly make right choices by being a positive example in lessons and around the building (intentional and prophetic)
  • I am reliable by being on time to lessons/present every day (attentive and discerning)
  • I am proud to wear my uniform correctly without fail (intentional and prophetic)

Achievement

  • I fully engage in learning without fail (active and curious)
  • I am consistently completing work to the best of my ability (active and curious)
  • I regularly demonstrate that I am eloquent and truthful
  • I am always striving to earn house points (Intentional and Prophetic)
  • I make positive contributions to my lessons and school life (faith filled and hopeful)

Respect

  • I daily respect staff and peers (faith filled and hopeful)
  • I consistently respect the views and opinions of others during my lessons (loving and compassionate)
  • I always consider my words and actions (intentional and prophetic)
  • I recognise that everyone is made in the image of God (attentive and discerning)
  • I go out of my way to respect the environment (active and curious)

Silver (Satisfactory: 3 points)

Excellence

  • I rarely take the many opportunities school offers me and I am not taking the time to hear God’s call for me to be the best I can be (faith filled and hopeful)
  • I have struggled to regularly make the right choices by being a positive example in lessons and around the building (intentional and prophetic)
  • I am often late to, or absent from lessons and my attendance has dropped below school expectations (attentive and discerning)
  • I hardly make any effort to wear my uniform correctly (intentional and prophetic)

Achievement

  • I am rarely engaged with the learning in my lessons (active and curious)
  • I have not often completed work to the best of my ability (active and curious)
  • I am struggling to demonstrate that I can be eloquent and truthful
  • I seem uninterested in earning house points (intentional and prophetic)
