Saint John Wall Catholic School is open for teaching between the hours of 8.50am to 3.10pm. This is 6 hours 20 minutes per day, totalling 31.66 hours per week. The school site is open from 8.20am for breakfast club and private study, and pupils can stay after school to participate in homework club, extra-curricular clubs, tuition and catch-up. The Library is open for private study until 4.00pm. After school activities normally finish by 4.20pm, and this is when reception closes. Parents will be notified in advance if their child is attending a club or activity that finishes later than 4.20pm, for example a sports fixture.
